Established in October 2005, Bob Yang Realty Inc. is a minority (Asian American) owned small business.  We currently have  real estate agents , marketing director, associate brokers and the principle broker.  The majority of our business comes from the Asian community in Metro Atlanta area. We also focus our business on government foreclosure(HUD homes) and bank owned properties (REO). As a HUD designated local listing broker in 2006, we have successfully listed about 200 HUD homes in Gwinnett, Newton, Rockdale and Morgan county in Georgia. As year 2008 unfolds, we have been selected by Freddie Mac as a local listing broker to handle "HomeSteps" REO properties in Gwinnett, Dekalb and Rockdale county. As of November 2009, we have successfully listed and sold over 140 Homesteps properties. Come and join us to be a part of this successful story!

The first quarter of 2017 should be strong for the real estate market as buyers and sellers make a move now that the election is over and they hustle to purchase before mortgage rates increase any more.  
Overall, experts are predicting a slowing, yet moderate growth for the national
housing market with a change in the demographic composition of who is
buying homes and post-election market changes.
The lack of inventory is especially evident in the downtown Atlanta area
and North Atlanta suburbs where inventory shortages have resulted in
price appreciation of 10% or more in certain areas.  The Northwest
Suburbs of Atlanta (Cobb, Paulding, Cherokee Counties) have experienced
inventory shortages, although not as pronounced as downtown.  Most of
the inventory shortages are in mid to lower price ranges under $350,000.    
Vacancies Are Down, Demand Is Up
According to Collier’s, the number of vacant offices in Atlanta declined steadily in 2016—leading to the lowest vacancy rate (13.7%) the Atlanta commercial market has seen since 2007.
But even more impressive is the fact that Class A vacancy is the lowest it’s been in Atlanta since 2001. Atlanta delivered 22.5 million square feet of new industrial construction last year—the most the area has seen since 2006, and the most industrial space added in the nation in 2016.
